Amazing collectibles as far as the eye can see.

Another Comic-Con has come and gone. And while there were plenty of cool announcements and eye-popping trailers at this year’s show, our dreams will be haunted by the amazing lineup of collectibles we saw on display at the show.

As we wind down from another Comic-Con, let’s take a look at the most impressive figures, statues and art prints that were on display this weekend. Check out our slideshow or scroll down to see our favorites.

Hot Toys Avengers: Infinity Figures

Sideshow and Hot Toys put on a very impressive show this year. Hot Toys is apparently hellbent on releasing high-end sixth scale figures for every major hero from Avengers: Infinity War. We were impressed by each and every one of these figures, though we’re already weeping at the thought of how expensive it’s going to be to collect them all.

Blitzway Vito Corleone Statue

Blitzway is quickly carving out a niche for itself by producing amazing lifelike quarter scale statues of classic Hollywood characters. And none stood out more than this statue depicting The Godfather himself, Vito Corleone.

DC Cover Girls: Mera Statue

DC Collectibles recently kicked off a new incarnation of their long-running DC Comics Cover Girls line, with new renditions of DC’s leading ladies designed by artist Joelle Jones. This Mera statue may be the best yet, offering a stylized, powerful take on the aquatic heroine.

Transformers G1 Figures

IMG_5122

For many ’80s kids, it seems like they just don’t make toys like they used to. Except in the case of the Transformers franchise. We got an early look at the new Walmart-exclusive Transformers G1 line, which uses the same molds as the original toys. It’s like being a kid all over again.

DC Collectibles Justice League Animated Figures

We’re thrilled to see DC Collectibles continuing to expand its DC Animated Universe action figure line. DC is tackling the cast of the Justice League animated series with a new 8-pack set that will be sold exclusively through the DC Universe streaming app.

Tweeterhead DC Super Powers Statues

Tweeterhead’s DC Super Powers line of statues is perfect for collectors who prefer bold yet classical takes on their favorite heroes and villains. This hobby may not be lacking for new statues depicting characters like Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, but Tweeterhead’s amazing sculpts immediately stand out from the crowd.

Star Wars Porg Bookends

IMG_5148

Gentle Giant ventured off the beaten path with this set of Star Wars-themed bookends. If you’re a Porg lover, what better way to show your love for these mischievous seabirds than letting them prop up your Star Wars book collection?

X-Men Danger Room Sessions: Storm Statue

storm-1_1

Kotobukiya’s X-Men Danger Room Sessions line is pretty much the gold standard when it comes to sixth scale X-Men statues. Koto filled a major hole in their lineup at Comic-Con by revealing their Storm statue. This is easily the best take we’ve ever seen on Storm’s iconic ’90s costume, and the inclusion of an alternate mohawk head is a nice bonus.

Star Wars: The Vintage Collection – Doctor Aphra & Droids Figures

IMG_5078

Hasbro’s 3-pack set featuring Doctor Aphra and her two bloodthirsty droids is easily one of our favorite exclusive collectibles from this year’s Comic-Con. But for those who missed out on that set, the good news is that Aphra will be getting a solo release as part of Hasbro’s Star Wars: The Vintage Collection series.

Star Wars: The Black Series Centerpiece – Rey & Kylo Ren Figures

IMG_5085

We were very impressed with Hasbro’s new Rey vs. Kylo Ren set, part of the 6-inch Star Wars: The Black Series Centerpiece line. The figures themselves look great, but it’s really the elaborate Starkiller Base diorama that makes this set.

Marvel Premier Magneto Statue

IMG_5240

Diamond Select’s sixth scale Magneto statue stood out among many promising Marvel collectibles at their booth. Not only does this piece look like Jim Lee’s art has come to life, its surprisingly modest price tag ($150) makes it a must-own for X-Men collectors.

DC Universe Aquaman Figures

IMG_8141

Mattel may well have constructed the most elaborate and detailed display of any collectibles company at Comic-Con. Their epic rendition of an underwater war between rival Atlantean armies has us that much more excited to watch Aquaman and scoop up all the figures.

Hot Toys Millennium Falcon Cockpit

img-0686-1531949379214

Given the large size and painstaking detail of Hot Toys’ Star Wars figures, it’s probably too much to expect any scale-model vehicle releases. But Hot Toys did debut this amazing diorama depicting the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon. Whether you prefer the original Trilogy or the new movies, it’s the perfect companion to your figures.

Game of Thrones: The Night King and Ice Dragon Statue

IMG_8067

Dark Horse Comics’ booth was a treasure trove for Game of Thrones lovers. We were especially taken with this detailed piece featuring the Night King and his icy steed.

Alien vs. Predator Arcade Figures

IMG_5186

NECA is the go-to company if you crave detailed but affordable figures from the Alien and Predator franchises. This series pays homage to the Alien vs. Predator arcade game, complete with game-inspired paint schemes that make the sculpts pop even more.

Batman: Black and White – Batman by Sean Gordon Murphy Statue

DC’s Batman: Black and White statue line is still going strong after all these years. One of the new reveals at the show involved this dynamic piece inspired by artist Sean Gordon Murphy’s Batman: White Knight comic.

NECA Guillermo del Toro Figure

IMG_5205

Who wouldn’t want a miniature Guillermo del Toro keeping watch over them at all times? NECA didn’t disappoint as they revealed this 8-inch, MEGO-style figure depicting the beloved director.

Diamond Select Half-Scale Busts

IMG_5275

Diamond Select debuted a new line of half-scale busts at the show. We were especially pleased to see that this line won’t just cover traditional superhero characters, but movie favorites like the Iron Giant and Animal from The Muppets.

Sideshow Thor and Iron Man Statues

img-0727-1531949379287

Sideshow had many incredible additions to their quarter-scale Premium Format line at the show, but the two winners just so happened to be grouped together. The Iron Man: Mark III Maquette looks pulled straight from the original Iron Man movie, while the Thor: Breaker of Brimstone Premium Format statue may well be the most impressive Thor statue ever produced.

Prime 1 The Batman Who Laughs Statue

1125x682_previewbanner_903780_BatmanLaughsStatue

Prime 1 Studios designs the best Batman statues around, though at 1:3 scale they’re neither cheap nor easy to display. Still, we imagine many collectors will want to make room for this statue depicting The Batman Who Laughs, one of the main villains from the comic book crossover Dark Nights: Metal.

DC Gallery: The Dark Knight Trilogy Statues

IMG_5266

Diamond Select’s Gallery statue line is notable for offering detailed renditions of Marvel and DC heroes at a very affordable price point. We were thrilled to see them start tackling DC’s movie characters, with a trio of new statues pulled from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy.

Marvel Gallery: Phoenix Variant Statue

We were also very pleased with this addition to Diamond Select’s Marvel Gallery line. This Comic-Con-exclusive release features an alternate paint job inspired by Jean Grey’s appearance in New X-Men: Here Comes Tomorrow.

Star Wars Ahsoka Tano Mini Bust

IMG_5152

Gentle Giant continues to put a lot of muscle behind its line of sixth scale Star Wars mini busts. We were blown away by their take on a Star Wars Rebels-style Ahsoka Tano. This bust shows Gentle Giant’s skill for taking non-movie characters and making them appear so realistic and detailed that they can easily be displayed alongside the main Star Wars crew.

Origins: Superman Lithograph

screen-shot-2018-06-09-at-14523-pm-1530796893803

No comic book art collection is complete without at least one piece by painter Alex Ross. This lithograph ranks among Ross’ most impressive yet, managing to capture Superman’s entire origin story in one silent sequence of images.

Hot Toys Black Panther Figures

img-0695-1531949379230

Apart from Hot Toys jam-packed Avengers: Infinity War lineup, we were most impressed by the company’s Black Panther display. Not only did they debut a new Shuri figure, they also showed off this incredible T’Challa that comes with a Wakandan throne.

Gentle Giant Star Wars Discovery Statues

IMG_5146

Gentle Giant is one of the few companies giving us collectibles based on Star Trek Discovery. But with massive quarter scale pieces like these, who really needs competition?

NECA Foot Soldier Figure

IMG_5211

NECA’s line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures inspired by the 1990 movie really hits the sweet spot between affordability and detail. We were disappointed that the company’s Shredder figure wasn’t on display at the show, but the Foot Soldier definitely looks to be another must-own.

Dark Horse Hellboy Figure

IMG_8064

If you’re a Hellboy fan, you might as well pre-order Dark Horse’s new 6-inch figure. This piece is a dead-ringer for Mike Mignola’s artwork, while the articulation and mixed media costume allow for pretty much any pose you could want.

Mondo Avengers: Infinity War Print

Taylor_InfinityWar_Reg_Sm_1024x1024

Mondo’s movie posters never fail to impress, even if trying to order them is usually easier said than done. The company debuted this new Infinity War poster from artist Matt Taylor at the con, where it predictably sold out at lightning speed. The good news is that the poster is also available as a timed exclusive on Mondo’s website, so there’s still a chance to score one for yourself.
